Counterparty Risk Analysts

Shipping, Energy and Commodities

Multiple Vacancies

Infospectrum is a leading independent provider of counterparty risk appraisal and commercial due diligence reports, covering companies in the maritime, energy and commodity trading sectors. From our formation in the UK in 1999, we have expanded globally with offices in the UK (Oxford and London), Germany, Singapore, Australia, Canada, and North America.

We are currently expanding our global Analyst team and have a requirement to recruit Counterparty Risk Analysts (Shipping and Commodities) in our UK (Oxford/London), Hamburg and Singapore offices. The role will focus on preparing assessments on the counterparty/credit risk of companies in the shipping and commodity trading sectors, working within Infospectrum’s multinational team of almost 50 analysts worldwide.

We want to hear from talented individuals with analytical skills, and a business-focused, research-oriented background, allied to a 2.1 degree from a leading academic institution, or an equivalent professional qualification. The nature of the position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to research, assimilate, interpret and analyse detailed information, and present it in clear, concisely-written English to tight deadlines.

A high level of integrity and trust is essential, and a proven and successful track record, in a risk management capacity, in the shipping or energy/commodity trading sectors, or relevant experience from the auditing sector, will be advantageous. Infospectrum is a dynamic, innovative, quality-focused and hard-working company and the successful candidate must share these values. In exchange, we provide a friendly, collaborative and supportive working environment with excellent learning and development opportunities.

Please email your CV and cover letter, detailing your interest in the position, to hr@infospectrum.net

Please only apply if you are eligible to work in the UK, Germany or Singapore.
